I don’t say that lightly as there have been many amazing people to thank, but Holly was the first person to make me feel I had something to say that was worth listening to. It’s rare that years later you still open your notes, but it truly was such incredibly relatable training that gave me such solid foundations. The first time I met Holly was when I was enrolled on the Leadership Pathway course at LSLi. Now, having had A LOT of training over the years I am always open to learning new ways – however this course was in London. Suffering with heightened anxiety at the time this was my worst nightmare – I had to get on a train and the London Underground.
However, Holly was not only the most incredible trainer in her learnings about leadership but she adds a real human aspect to it and makes it real. Holly made every training session feel very welcoming, made you feel safe to talk about subjects openly and is a fantastic coach on dealing with the stresses in our industry and how to support yourself and your colleagues.
Holly actually held my attention with different techniques to the usual classroom type training. You learn not only about leadership but also about yourself - mentally, emotionally and how you can be the best version of yourself to excel and help your colleagues achieve too. The play/fiddle toys on the tables really help and have never seen this before – but it really works to keep the room focused.
I can thank Holly for a lot of my success in where I am today and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my estate agency contacts for training and coaching.
